Copterjet Completes Recapitalization Ahead of NCAA Regulatory Deadline

Copterjet International Limited is pleased to announce the successful completion of its recapitalization programme, achieving the ₦1.5 billion minimum share capital requirement prescribed by the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) under the Nigerian Civil Aviation Regulations (Nig.CARs) 2023 (as amended), well ahead of the regulatory deadline of 31st December 2025.

The successful recapitalization underscores Copterjet's unwavering commitment to regulatory compliance, sound corporate governance, financial resilience, and long-term sustainability. It further strengthens the Company's strategic position to expand its aviation services portfolio while supporting the evolving needs of Nigeria's and Africa's aviation industry.
